Spring 2025 marks our primary season for recreational and competitive boys' and girls' lacrosse, encompassing both youth and Varsity/JV teams across community and school-based programs. Participating teams at the youth level include Briarwood, Buck Creek (Alabaster/Helena), Homewood, Hoover (Spain Park/Hoover), Mountain Brook, Oak Mountain, Trussville, and Vestavia. Participating teams at the Varsity/JV level include Auburn, Bob Jones, Briarwood, Homewood, Hoover/Spain Park, Huntsville, James Clemens, Mountain Brook, Oak Mountain, Thompson, Trussville, and Vestavia.

Varsity/JV play begins in early January and continues through mid-May, while youth divisions will start in mid-January, concluding in late April. Divisions are organized by grade level, ranging from Kindergarten through 12th grade.

For pricing and spring season information please visit www.gbyla.org, click on PROGRAMS/SPRING SEASON.  Players in all youth divisions are required to pay the GBYLA base per player fee at time of registration.  Community Add On Fees as well as Varsity/JV per player fees may be charged at time of registration or paid directly to program.

A valid USA Lacrosse membership is required to participate in the GBYLA 2025 Spring Season.  USA Lacrosse memberships must extend through May 10th, 2025.  If your players USAL membership expires prior to May 10th, you will need to renew in order to register.   To look up your player's USA Membership please go to www.usalacrosse.com and search for MEMBERSHIP/MEMBERSHIP LOOK UP or call 410-235-6882.
